Chart notes
PRISONER stalked the pace racing two-wide, came four-wide into the stretch and finished fast to prevail narrowly. JIN TONG was forwardly placed racing three-wide, came five-wide into the stretch and closed strongly to just miss. EL BROMISTA chased PAPA'S GOLDEN BOY racing two-wide, came three-wide into the stretch and finished strongly in a steady effort. SEAS OF NORMANDY prompted the early pace racing two-wide, dropped back slightly entering the stretch then responded during the drive and was coming on again at the wire. TAX CODE was reserved off the pace racing three-wide, came six-wide into the stretch and finished well in a good effort. MOONLIGHTNWINE saved ground racing in the back of the field, angled out nearing the sixteenth pole for room and was gaining slightly late. ELEGANT BOY was unhurried, rallied four-wide into the stretch, angled out to be seven-wide nearing the eighth pole and showed some late interest. PAPA'S GOLDEN BOY saved ground setting the pressured pace, opened a clear lead nearing the three-eighth pole, continued to set the pace to deep stretch and weakened late.
