Chart notes
LANCE'S SMILE tracked close up on the inside, continued inside on the turn, angled out past the quarter pole, came four wide into the stretch, rallied outside, closed gradually in the final furlong and proved best late. MY HONEYBUNCH stalked close up two wide, bid three wide on the turn, rallied to the front, dug in gamely in the final sixteenth and yielded grudgingly. CHARLIZE CHUB vied two wide for the lead, dueled on the turn, dug in through the stretch run and held well for third. RACHEL CAROLINE was outrun early, saved ground on the turn and closed mildly on the rail. LADY COLLECTED was bumped after the start, moved up early to contest the pace, vied inside, dueled on the turn and weakened in the stretch. D'ORO ROAD was bumped after the start, outrun early, raced between horses on the turn and failed to threaten. SHE CAN SCAT was bumped after the start, raced off the pace, three wide on the turn and did not factor.
