SUMMERS CHOICE saved ground racing in the back of the field, slipped through during the drive and finished fast to be up in the finak strides. ARIO was allowed to settle racing along the inside, angled out to come three-wide into the stretch and finished strongly to lose a rough decision. ANGIER chased the pace racing three-wide, came four-wide into the stretch and finished well in a steady effort. IMPROBABLE BET dueled with G G GILLEY for the lead from along the inside into the stretch and weakened slightly late. G G GILLEY dueled for the lead from along the inside into the stretch and tired. GUNNIN FOR GOLD stumbled at the start then moved up to be forwardly placed for a half mile racing four-wide and gave way.
