Chart notes
MARCUS J got away alertly, raced clear early, dictated the pace, was shadowed by foes late on the turn till asked for run, responded and swiftly drew away again, widened in the stretch then was ridden out the final sixteenth. APELDOORN broke in a bit lightly brushing a rival, pursued from mid-pack inside on or just off the rail, was niggled along past the five-sixteenths, came out a bit for the drive, kept on to secure the place but was no match for the iwnner. MISTER BLUE chased from inside foes but off the fence, was ridden along past the three-eighths, came out turning for home, drifted in through mid- to late-stretch to the rail, was outfinished but saved show. FLYONBYE was lightly brushed at the start, settled off the pace, saved ground inside on the turn, came out a path in the stretch to advance outside a foe but missed show. SKYDIGGER advanced three wide between foes past the three-eighths, came to within range of the leader at the five-sixteenths but was promptly turned away, weakened thereafter. WINNING AGENDA broke awkwardly and steadied, switched out leaving the backstretch, was outside at the back on the turn and never got near enough to threaten. AMORE MIO chased from outside four wide, dropped back and faded. KENTUCKY BILL got away slowly and made no impact.
