Chart notes
WORD PLAY (GB) stalked the pace from inside, waited behind the top pair from the rail then in the two path on the far turn, cut back inside at the top of the lane, challenged inside a trio of rivals entering the final furlong, surged clear midstretch under hand urging and was in hand late. DORIE MILLER dueled outside a rival into the first turn, cleared and moved over to the rail, took pressure midway up the backstetch, vied inside rivals into the far turn, maintained a narrow lead around that bend, resisted into the final furlong, then yielded to the winner midstretch and held second. OVETA'S HOBBY was forwardly placed in the early going in the two path, applied pressure from outside in the middle stages, vied between runners into the far turn, dueled outside DORIE MILLER to the stretch, fought to midstretch, then yielded to the winner and saved third. TIARAQUEEN (GB) settled in the two path on the first turn, made a middle move four then three deep to challenge the top pair, fought three deep to the final furlong, failed to summon the needed late kick and missed third. MAYACAMA reserved in the beginning on the inside, trailed into the far turn, tipped out at the quarter pole and showed a mild response to pass tired rivals. PRINCESS SNOW pulled badly from inside and to check off heels around the first turn, remained under a tight hold on the backstretch, saved ground next to the fence o the stretch and failed to threaten. CAMERON SLOUGH tracked in the two path, between rivals in the middle stages, chased two then three wide on the second bend and weakened in the lane. MISS MEAGHER (IRE) raced keenly when trying to settle off the pace on the inside then two wide, tugged the rider along up the backstretch three deep from the fence, spun four wide into the lane and weakened. SHE'S SPLENDID trailed two then three wide around the first turn, made a middle move while racing widest on the backstretch, chased four then five wide on the second bend and flattened out. WITS AND WAGERS moved into the two path racing near the back of the pack, came under a ride on the far turn and failed to get involved.
