LOVE LIKE LUCY sent leaving the start, contested the early pace from inside, shook free of the pressing rival nearing the quarter marker then met the bid of VITA MIA to upper stretch, dueled through the lane and proved best late. VITA MIA tracked three wide to the turn, loomed at the quarter marker then vied to upper stretch, dueled to the final sixteenth then was turned away by the winner and was an easy second. LADY CHANCE pressed three then two wide into the turn, could not match strides with the top pair to upper stretch, weakened in the drive and was a clear third. DECISIVE MAIARA squeezed start, rushed inside, chased to stretch, gave way. SWEET DREAM LADY broke out, chased four wide to stretch, no late response. GRAND THREAT rated off early pace, coaxed three wide upper, empty stretch.
