Chart notes
MEDICINE TAIL raced in range in the opening quarter, picked up the pace mid-way around the turn, was ridden along two wide into the upper stretch, steadily edged up closer and cleared late. CAPTIVATED DRAMA sped to the lead soon after the start, set the pace and held firm around the turn, saved ground and put to a drive at the head of the lane, held clear going by the furlong marker then got reeled in late. YOU VEE CEE tracked the early pace, hustled along three wide going by the quarter pole, sustained a three wide bid into the lane and edged closer in final stages. ALLO ENRY sat just off the early pace, hustled along the outside late on the turn, swung four wide into the lane and gained a minor share. CLAY'S BLACK OPAL was forwardly placed in opening stages and sat just off the early leader, hustled along two wide late on the turn, angled to the inside in the upper stretch and flattened past the furlong marker. WHEELER DEALER raced off the early pace, swung four wide into the lane and lacked the needed response for impact. HEY NOW raced in the back, saved ground, angled two to three wide for the drive and failed to kick on.
