Chart notes
LUCY TREASURE stalked the pace three wide early, pushed up to duel nearing the second turn, dropped in slightly forcing MADAME GAZELLE to check then responded once in the drive to inch clear. MONARCA DE ORO contested the pace from the rail to the stretch, stayed with the winner to mid stretch then was outkicked and held second. MADAME GAZELLE dueled outside a rival early, raced between rivals nearing the second turn, was put in a bit tight and checked slightly on the second turn then continued on gamely to hold the show dough. SPANISH CHANNEL was fanned four wide to the backstretch, chased to the second turn then offered a bid three wide but flattened out in the final furlong. RODEO ROSE broke a step slow, was outsprinted, raced two wide to the stretch and finished evenly. SEEYAMIA also broke a step slow and trailed throughout. The rider on #2 MADAME GAZELLE lodged an objection against the winner #3 LUCY TREASURE for alleged interference on the second turn but the claim was disallowed by the stewards.
