Chart notes
CHARLENE'S DREAM was sent to the front to set the pace on the inside, then was challenged leaving the turn but repelled that bid leaving the furlong marker and kicked clear to prove best under a drive. SPANISH EYES (GER) was off a beat slow and reserved early two wide, advanced midway on the far turn and came three wide off the bend and then rallied well late to gain the place award. BE YOUR BEST (IRE) stalked the winner two wide and made a two wide bid leaving the turn to loom boldly but flattened out in the final furlong while saving the show award. DUVET DAY (IRE) was unhurried early on the inside, content to trail down the backside and then advanced two wide on the far turn and then had a late rally on the inside but needed more. BEACH BOMB (SAF) was allowed to settle early and saved ground, coaxed along leaving the three eighths marker and angled out leaving the turn and made a mild bid nearing the furlong marker but flattened out late. CHICK'S SHADOW was reserved along the inside and then fell back on the far turn and never threatened.
