Chart notes
CHASING COYOTES stalked the pace down the backside from four wide, rallied on the turn to engage the leader in upper stretch, dueled through the lane, took charge inside the sixteenth pole and pulled clear late. TOUCH OF GLAM (ARG) was unhurried early to trail, circled five wide while making a steady advance and finished willingly. QUARRYMEN set a pressured pace to the head of the stretch, responded when called upon to battle the winner down the lane and weakened late in the drive. CUPID'S THUNDER took the early lead away from the gate, pressed the pace through the turn and flattened out in the stretch. CLOUDY PAST bobbled leaving the gate, quickly recovered to track the leaders and went evenly failing to mount a closing bid. GREAT RUNNER was one-paced never posing a threat. WISH MAN raced in contention early along the fence and faded on the turn.
