Chart notes
OY GEVALD settled into stride off the pace to the turn, steady progress three wide leaving the quarter pole, on even terms upper, drew off convincingly through the final furlong. MELLIFLUOUS very slow into stride, raced off the pace and off the rail around the turn, sustained rally leaving the quarter pole, wore down inside rival through the final stages up for the place award at the wire. MIDTERM sent clear at the start, sprinted away around the turn, collared turning for home, flattened out under pressure, well clear for the show. COOL LESTER SMOOTH raced off the pace inside into the turn, bid four deep into the lane, never fired late. ANTHONY THE GREAT stalked inside to the turn, roused on leaving the three eighths marker, faded through the stretch. O' PATRICK sluggish start, mid pack four wide around the turn, eased home through the final furlong.
