FINAL SCORE went to the front, raced inside on the first turn, was well rated while a bit off the inside on the backstretch, vied along the rail on the far turn, was asked near the quarter-pole, spun into the stretch in the two path then kicked clear, responded well in the final furlong, swapped back to his inside lead at the sixteenth-pole and held under strong urging. HEEERE'S JOHNNY was rated just off the pace on the inside, drafted behind the leader on the far turn, was asked in the two path into the stretch, chased the winner in the drive and finished willingly for the place. BOSS HENRY was backed out of the gate then reloaded, broke in and brushed the gate then bumped three times with a foe, raced under urging early then was taken under restraint, traveled around the first turn in the three path, was reserved at the back with cover, went around the far turn in the three then four path, spun into the stretch in the five path then chased on the outside, swapped back to his inside lead at the furlong marker, went back to the proper lead late and safely secured the show. EPIC DESIRE was rated just off the pace in the two path, came under urging on the far turn, was driven into the stretch in the three path and lacked the needed response. SPHERICAL raced in the three path on the first turn, stalked the pace on the outside, was asked in the three path on the far turn, chased in the four path into the stretch, came in some inside the three-sixteenths pole, pursued the leader into the final furlong and weakened. GOLDEN RULE bumped three times with an opponent at the start, became rank under restraint early then was taken up off heels into the first turn, continued very rank and traveled erratically for a few strides while inside going around the opening bend, was reserved near the back, saved ground on the far turn, was asked some near the five-sixteenths pole then was taken back in hand, raced off heels at the quarter-pole, was asked some more in upper stretch and failed to threaten. TIME TO STRIKE established a forward position early, rounded the first turn in the two path, prompted the pace on the outside, vied in the two path on the far turn, was given his cue near the quarter-pole then turned into the stretch in the three path, lost touch with the winner near the three-sixteenths pole then was carried in some, dropped back while remaining on his inside lead into the final furlong, swapped to the proper lead outside the sixteenth-pole and capitulated.
