Chart notes
WE CALLED SOL dueled in the lead from the fence for a half mile, kicked clear turning for home when called upon and was unthreatened in the lane. DRUNKLE tracked the leaders from the inside through the turn, rallied in upper stretch, angled out to the clear off heels cutting across the path of tiring rival to his outside and finished willingly to be second best. SPEIGHT THE SNOW reserved off the early pace, rallied leaving the quarter pole swinging five wide, was carried further out in mid-stretch when the runner-up angled out and made a grinding bid through the lane to be along for the show. SILAS M P stalked the pace from three wide through the turn, was put to an early drive, steadied briefly in mid-stretch when the runner-up crossed his path and finished even weakeneing in the lane. NONE THE WISER pressed the pace trading the lead several times with the winner, chased that one through the stretch and tired late. THIS LAUGHS ON YOU was not a threat.
