Chart notes
BROTHER REID reserved off the pace for the first half mile, closed the gap through the turn, angled six wide turning for home and closed with a late surge to prevail in thr final yards. GOOD SWIMMER tracked the leaders from four wide through the far turn, rallied coming for home to engage the leaders in mid-stretch, took the lead late in the lane and was caught by the fast finishing winner in a good effort. COASTAL BRINK was well placed just off the leader to the far turn, remained in striking distance prominently placed turning for home, rallied to draw even with the leaders in mid-stretch and was outkicked late. TEAM LEADER prompted the pace to the final bend, moved to engage the pacesetter nearing the quarter pole, took the lead in mid-stretch and was outfinished deep in the drive. MACKINNON was slow early to be at the rear of the pack, remained well off the leaders turning for home and mounted a belated bid in the lane. LOGICAL MYTH was reserved along the inside onto the backstretch, raced up narrowing the gap from between rivals down the backside, remained in tighth quarters through the turn steadying near the quarter pole and ran-on evenly through the lane. PROVEN ADVOCATE failed to menace. SCAT FREE sped to a clear lead through the first turn, set a pressured pace to the head of the lane and gave way. BLING MOUNTAIN was not a factor.
