Chart notes
COASTLAND was away alertly and quickly set the pace, led throughout, and remained clear late, driving. VENTURE ON was allowed to settle early, rallied in the stretch 3 wide, finished well and was clearly second best. RAY'S EMPIRE had good position on the inside and went evenly. MIDNIGHT VOYAGE raced close up until mid stretch, then faltered. MOR CRAFTY was unhurried early, swung wide in the stretch and was no threat. STRIKE ONE allowed to settle, was no menace late. RADIO SILENT had brief foot on the inside and tired.
