Chart notes

CATHEDRAL BEACH raced close up early, tracked on the inside, chased on the turn, came four wide into the lane, angled in passing the furlong marker, rallied inside, closed willingly in the final sixteenth and edged away under urging. JEBOLOGIST dueled three wide for the lead, dueled on the turn, put a head in front, edged away to a short lead in midstretch, dug in gamely and was outfinished for the top spot. LORD WINSALOT raced off the pace, chased on the turn, rallied mildly inside in the stretch run and got up for third. MAGICAL WARRIOR dueled between rivals for the lead, dueled on the turn, dug in to midstretch, then weakened and lost third. JUSTINSPEIGHTOFIT stalked outside, chased on the turn, bid four wide entering the stretch and weakened in the lane. IKIGAI stumbled badly at the start, quickly recovered, dueled inside for command, dueled on the turn and faded.
