PERFECT GAMBLE was allowed to settle early, raced three wide into the turn, angled out in the stretch, was closing fast and was up in time. SHANCES R tracked the early pace, raced four wide through the turn, made a bid early stretch, dueled with NAVARRE to late stretch, took a brief lead, couldn't hold off the winner and just missed. NAVARRE pressed the early pace, raced three wide through the turn, met the bid of SHANCESS R, dueled to late stretch, weakened late and finished a game third. CROSSTOWN HIGHWAY was void of any early speed, raced four wide into the turn and offered no late rally. FROSTED PEACH set a pressured early pace, raced off the rail into the turn and faded. WYLES was unhurried early, raced four wide and never fired.
