Chart notes
LITMUS TEST raced up close between rivals, chased after the leader inside CHAPTER ONE on the turn, two to three wide into the lane, took over in upper stretch, then held well over his stablemate in deep stretch. FALCON JET off alertly then took a stalking position on the inside, coaxed along on the turn while moving a bit off the rail, angled out into the lane, took aim LITMUS TEST in the final furlong, finished determinedly to the wire but had to settle for second best. SENDIT MO broke in and bumped, sprinted to the front and crossed over once in the clear, given his cue late on the bend, challenged by LITMUS TEST at the top of the lane, offered little resistance and flattened to third. IN THE MIX chased four then three deep early, fell out of range on the turn and cut inside at the quarter pole, then weakened in the lane. TRAIL BLAZE got bumped around and took up early, went four wide into the turn, angled in and entered the lane in the two path and lacked further response. CHAPTER ONE got knocked into TRAIL BLAZE at the setart, rushed up three deep between rivals, chased three then four wide on the turn and tired. ARIZONA MOON RISE got bumped from outside and dropped back early, saved ground through the turn and was never a factor.
