Chart notes
KEEP IT SAFE chased MAJESTIC JO racing two-wide, moved up to take the lead nearing the quarter pole, then drifted out during the drive and was all out to prevail. NEW DIAMOND was forwardly placed while racing three-wide- rallied five-wide into the stretch then was floated further out during the drive and finished strongly. CHARLIZE CHUB was reserved off the pace racing two-wide, angled out to come five-wide into the stretch and frallied late. RITZ ON BROADWAY was off a step slow then racing in the back of the field, came three-wide into the stretch and was gaining slightly late. MAJESTIC JO saved ground setting the pace to near the quarter pole and weakened when headed. BEST WORST IDEA saved ground racing in the middle of the field but lacked a rally. FIRING THOUGHTS was unhurried early, rallied five-wide into the stretch but was not a factor. THE JOCKEY OF NEW DIAMOND LODGED AN OBJECTION AGAINST KEEP IT SAFE BUT AFTER VIEWING THE FILMS THE STEWARDS MADE NO CHANGE IN THE ORDER OF FINISH.
