Chart notes
SAFE BET pressed the pace four across, assumed command on the turn and drew off in the drive while kept to task. SEVEN DIGITS pressed the pace three wide between horses, challenged for the lead on the turn, was outclosed and no match for the winner. VALHALLA VIKING stalked the pace along the inside, angled out on the turn, lacked the needed rally and held safely for show. LA BOUCANE was away alertly, raced close to the pace in an outside trip and had nothing left for the drive. WHATDIDWEDO improved position in a steady effort. NO SOY BORRACHO bobbled and bumped at the start, set the pace to the turn and gave way. STANLEY LITTLE BOY bumped at the start, saved ground, advanced along the rail on the turn and lacked a response. DEPUTY DEAL bumped at the start and was not a factor.
