Chart notes
CREATIVE OM saved ground setting the pace and maintained a safe advantage. CHIEF WILD EAGLE was allowed to settle racing two-wide, came three-wide into the stretch and finished strongly for the place. QUALITY CAT was unhurried early, moved up four-wide nearing the quarter pole and finished in a mild rally. CHUCKANUT BAY tracked CREATIVE OM racing along the inside, angled out to be three-wide entering the stretch then angled in at the three-sixteenths pole taking the path of I'M NOBLE and lacked a rally. NAVAL ESCORT settled in the back of the field early, rallied five-wide into the stretch and improved his position. JULLIAN IN PARIS was allowed to settle early, rallied four-wide into the stretch, steadied briefly at the three-sixteenths pole when the horse fell to the inside of her and finished willingly/. STAY LIT settled in the middle of the field, steadied avoiding the fallen horses nearing the three-sixteenths pole and failed to menace. I'M NOBLE was reserved off the pace, rallied along the inside into the stretch, clipped the heels of CHUCKANUT BAY when that one came in at the three-sixteenths pole and fell then was walked off following the race. SAN ANDRES prompted CREATIVE OM racing two-wide early then tired and unable to avoid the rider less horse around the three-sixteenths pole bumping with that one and unseating his rider and was walked off following the race.
