Chart notes
BERNIE LOMAX broke sharp, dictated the tempo in the two path around the turn, given the green light approaching the furlong post, drew off convincingly through the wire. GABAGOOL stalked the leader inside around the turn, challenged from the rail turning for home, no match leaving the furlong marker, chased on well bested the rest. LINE TO GAIN settled off the pace into the turn, put to task three deep leaving the quarter pole, chased on willingly to secure the show. STORM'S REFLECTION saved ground from off the pace, cut the corner into the lane, clean rail trip through the final sixteenth, flattened out under the wire. MALIGATOR lacked speed to the turn, bid three wide off the pace, never fired late. HATCHET CREEK slow into stride, raced off the pace to the turn, bid six wide upper, came up empty. CHAMPAGNE MIKE tracked the pace four wide into the turn, under pressure leaving the quarter pole, gave way through the stretch.
