Chart notes
ZOHERE backed off an outer foe down the backstretch to stalk outside of that one and from the three path into the turn, bid and forged an advantage as an outer foe took aim at the quarter pole, yet turned away that challenge and drove clear in the final furlong. AIR CAV broke half a beat slow, raced off of the pace two wide and between horses into the turn, advanced moving out to the four path around the bend, ranged up to bid outside of the new leader leaving the quarter pole, but was repelled in upper stretch and held place. MIDNIGHT BOSS broke outwardly, vied before moving clear passing the nine sixteenths pole, showed the way along the inside before being headed as an outer pair of rivals offered bid at the quarter pole, then yielded through the lane. SHORTSTOP brushed with an outer foe leaving the gate, trailed early on, lagged behind in the three path around the turn, swung out to the six path into upper stretch and moved up. PIERCE ELEVATED chased along the inside and tired. GREATDAYFORHOCKEY brushed with an inner rival at the start, pursued from midpack three deep, chased getting floated to the four to five path around the turn and faded.
