Chart notes
DIVER tracked the leaders from the rail for seven-eighths, angled five wide leaving the quarter pole across rival's path while clear, rallied to engage the runner-up midway down the lane and wore that one down late in a determined drive. AND THATS MY STORY prompted the pace to the far turn, assumed command on the bend, led to deep stretch digging-in down the lane and gave way to the winner late in a game effort. ENGLISH ROCKER unhurried for the first three-quartters, rallied steadily on the turn to circle six wide, loomed in upper stretch and ran-on through the lane needing a bit more late. NORTH SHIP trailed to the head of the lane and showed some late interest passing tiring rivals. ANALYST stalked the pace from three-wide running in tandem with the winner, rallied on the final bend simultaneously with that one, was pushed out to the five path while in a full drive failing to gain nearing the quarter pole and finished evenly fading through the stretch. MR. IMPATIENT set a pressured pace for three-quarters and gave way on the far turn. THE TRAINER OF ANALYST CLAIMED FOUL FOR INTERFERENCE BY THE WINNER AT THE QUARTER POLE, UPON REVIEW THE STEWARDS MADE NO CHANGE.
