Chart notes
THALBERG unhurried early to be at the back of the field, rallied circling six wide on the turn, drifted in to the five path crowding rival at the top of the lane, kicked clear in mid-stretch and held sway late. SPAN OF CONTROL reserved off the pace to be along th fence racing with the winner, was still the trailer at the quarter pole and made a steady advance down the lane to be gaining late with a belated bid. AQUITANIA ARRIVAL broke well to be the early leader, settled to stalk the pace from four wide, rallied five wide on the turn just inside the winner turning for home, steadied briefly to take up and angle out to the clear when the winner drifted in upper stretch and finished willingly closing the gap down the lane. OUTHUSTLE raced mid-pack going evenly and passed tiring rivals in the lane. CALL ME LATER set a pressured pace to the top of the lane and tired late in the drive. SNOWNAME pressed the pace for a half and gave way in the stretch. THE RIDER OF AQUITANIA ARRIVAL CLAIMED FOUL FOR INTERFERENCE AT THE TOP OFTHE LANE BY THE WINNER, UPON REVEIW THE STEWARDS MADE NO CHANGE.
