Chart notes
SCHNITTKER unhurried to be the early trailer, rallied splitting rivals two wide on the turn, steadily closed the gap turning for home, angled to the inside of the drifting leader in mid-stretch and rallied up the inside with a strong rally to prevail in deep stretch. KING MENDELSSOHN prompted the pace nearing the turn, rallied three wide to take command at the quarter pole, drifted out on the lead in upper stretch, dug-in midway down the lane when challenged by the winner and was outfinished late. LETS GET IT ON was well placed tracking the leaders from the rail to the turn, lost position on the bend to be the trailer and finished willingly up the fence in the stretch. HURRICANES ABLOWIN hustled away from the gate after breaking last to keep pace, rallied prematurely five wide on the turn to be prominent and flattened out inside the eighth pole. CHILL BOSS broke alertly to set the pace on a clear lead for the first quarter, came under pressure on the turn, had no answer for the challenge at the quarter pole and steadily faded to the back through the stretch.
