Chart notes
ASCENDANCE advanced along the outside of the first turn to stalk the pace five wide up the backstretch, took command three wide at the three eighths, kicked clear in the stretch. MR. HUSTLE raced behind the pace on the inside, split foes in the stretch to improve for the place award. BANDERO pressed the pace four wide, dropped back in the far turn, unable to regain position in the stretch, held for show. ADMIT NOTHING pressed the pace three wide, dropped back in the far turn, angled out four wide for a late rally in the stretch. PAYNTER'S PRODIGY raced off the pace, took the outside of the stretch to pass tiring foes. GHOST STALKER raced behind the pace between foes two wide, retreated at the seven sixteenths. NORFIE rated three wide, advanced through the far turn to enter the stretch six wide but came up empty and weakened. ZIPPER ZAPPER showed good early speed in the two path, yielded the lead at the three eighths and retreated. YES POINT trailed throughout, no factor.
