Chart notes
MOTEL PATEL set the pace inside, was cued passing the quarter, dug in gamely to inch clear passing the sixteenth pole, and held on. SKYLAR'S BROTHER tracked in the three path, was driven around the turn, swung from the four path into the lane, and rallied late but was out of time. SUPER LINO pressed the winner from the two path, kept on down the stretch, but got caught by an outer foe late to end up with show. KATMANDU chased in the four path, fanned out to the five path under a drive entering the lane, and improved late. BERNIEDOTT raced off the pace in the three path, was driven along the inside around the turn, tipped back out to the three path in upper stretch, and mildly gained. KURUMI GO GO always trailed along the inside. PER RULING 51 FROM THE WEST VIRGINIA RACING COMMISSION, MOTEL PATEL HAS BEEN DISQUALIFIED FROM FIRST TO UNPLACED FOR POSITIVE TEST.
