Chart notes
CANO'S BABY moved up around the first turn to show the way in the three path up the backstretch, came under rousing from the two path passing the quarter, and drew clear in the final sixteenth. GRANDPA JOE stalked in the four path, was ridden in the three path around the far turn, floated out to the five path entering the stretch, and ran on. CANDY MAN MARTIN led around the first turn before allowing an outer foe to take over entering the backstretch, laid up close in the two path, vied under coaxing along the rail around the far turn, continued to bid in upper stretch, but flattened in the final sixteenth. GOING TO OMBRA chased in the three path, was driven from the two path into the far turn, but weakened. SAN SEBASTIAN was wellback along the inside, driven in the three path around the far turn, but made no closing bid. TOWN HOT was wellback in the five path, angled to the rail entering the far turn, but never threatened. JUBACANTFIXTHIS rated in the four path but never menaced.
