Chart notes
BANISHING floated out to the five path around the first turn, rated in the three path as they crossed the wire for the first time, tipped out to the five path and moved up outside of foes going up the backstretch, bid in the three path going into the final turn, took command while being cued passing the quarter, and drew away nearing the sixteenth pole to hold safe. WILLY D'S tracked in the three path, was roused from the four path into the final turn, and rallied in the final furlong to clearly be second best. GOULD'S GOLD trailed in the four path, was driven in the five path around the final turn, and kept on outside of foes to get up for show late. AWESOME AARON laid in range in the two path, was ridden in the three path around the final turn, but flattened along the inside down the lane. KOMOREBINO OMOIDE (JPN) pressed in the two path early, vied for the lead up the backstretch, was driven around the final turn, tipped out to the four path at the top of the stretch, and faded. TRADEMARK prompted the pace in the three path but weakened around the final turn. ALEXANDER HELIOS raced off the pace in the three path but failed to menace. SKIPPYLONGSTOCKING showed the way along the inside early but yielded around the final turn.
