HARDY CHOICE set a pressured pace to the second turn, drew off and widened while kept to task. SKIMBLE SHANKS pressed the pace three wide, was roused on the turn to loom a threat, dropped back and finished second best. AMPERSAND raced mid pack, rallied around the turn and got up for show in a steady effort. SWEET SPITE stalked the pace, bid along the rail into the second turn, dropped back and flattened out. STATELY ORDER pressed the pace, was through after a half and dropped back steadily. DEPLANE was unhurried early, saved ground and failed to respond. HERMOSO HOMBRE was eased and walked off.
