Chart notes
WELCOMETOHOLLYWOOD tracked outside while three to four wide, moved up closer into striking range, fanned three wide leaving the backstretch, gained the advantage into the lane, and held. NO REJOYCE set the early pace from just off the rail, was in tight in the backstretch, then taken up, was roused into the stretch, dueled outside of DONTGIVEUPTHEFIGHT late stretch and inched clear for place honours. DONTGIVEUPTHEFIGHT prompted the early pace, angled in bumping into NO REJOYCE in the backstretch, was overtaken into the final turn, battled inside and was outfinished for second. KITTY HOUSE trailed early, swung five wide at the quarter pole, closed well and delivered a strong finish with a late surge. GEE I'M FOXY stalked the pacesetters, was in tight then bumped the rail, and launched an all out bid into the stretch. I'M IN CONTROL sat in striking distance while three wide, and lacked a closing response. UNVEIL THE GRACE stalked three wide leaving the opening turn, moved up four wide to challenge the lead, and left nothing in reserve late. STEWARDS INQUIRY- An inquiry was conducted by the Board of Stewards involving GEE I'M FOXY. After review of the film, it was determined that DONTGIVEUPTHEFIGHT caused interference to NO REJOYCE, causing a chain reaction involving GEE I'M FOXY to bump the rail. DON'TGIVEUPTHEFIGHT was disqualified and placed fifth for interference.
