Chart notes
PUT A ROCK ON IT saved ground setting the pace in hand and increased her advantage. THE GODDESS FACTOR saved ground while being allowed to settle, slipped through nearing the stretch and finished strongly for the place. VOLATILITY prompted PUT A ROCK ON IT from along the outside, was no match for that one and held on fairly well during the drive for third. MISCHIEFNESS was unhurried, came four-wide into the stretch and rallied late. WHIRLWIND settled in the middle of the field racing three-wide but lacked a rally. GREGORIAN SOLO was forwardly placed early while racing two-wide and weakened. HAZELMOOR BEACH raced in the back of the field, rallied five-wide into the stretch but was not a factor. LADY LANCER was allowed to settle racing two-wide and failed to menace.
