Chart notes
CAT ON TIME pressed the pace early on two wide, raced in the three path into the lane, drew clear near the eighth pole but was put under a long drive late and won the nod at the wire. HAILSTORM trailed the field early on, raced four wide through the turn, was in the four path entering the lane, rallied down the lane to make a bid, was under a long drive and was out-nodded at the wire. PERFECT FORCE tracked the pace early on, raced in the four path into the lane and flattened out late in the stretch run. MIACOMET raced between horses early on, was in the three path into the lane and moved up late in the stretch drive. LUNAR MODULE chased the pace early from the inside, stayed near the rail into the lane and faded late in the stretch. FORT SAM set the pace early on, raced in the two path into the lane and caved down the lane.
