Chart notes
POLE TO POLE saved ground setting the pace and increased his advantage. TIGERSUN was forwardly placed racing two-wide, could not reach the winner but finished well for the place. PAKAS SECRET chased POLE TO POLE racing along the inside and held on well for third. TIZ GRAZEN was allowed to settle, came four-wide into the stretch and went evenly late. RIDE FOR GOLD settled in the back of the field, came three-wide into the stretch and rallied late. TAVERNELLE raced in the middle of the field, came three-wide into the stretch but failed to seriously threaten. SAWTOOTH BOW was prominently placed early racing three-wide and tired. LORD OF LIGHT was unhurried early, came four-wide into the stretch but was not a factor.
