MISS CONTROL FREAK vied for the lead around the first turn then edged back into tracking position, stalked the pacesetter up the backstretch, advanced and dueled outside of U BETTER B THE WON into the far turn, shook clear near the quarter pole, hustled along two wide into the upper stretch, responded under right handed pressure, turned back bids late and held firm. E. L.'S LEGACY was away in good order and raced two wide into the first turn, sat off the clear top pair up the backstretch, came under a ride along the inside around the far turn, angled three wide entering the head of the lane, advanced into strong contention, lugged in slightly, urged left handed, hopped over a shadow late and held place. LUCKIE GOLDIE raced four wide into the first turn, took the rail position in the early backstretch and raced well off the pace, hustled along four wide leaving the far turn, gathered momentum under steady pressure, edged closer and narrowly missed place. HOT AND NASTY was well reserved racing two to three wide in the back, swung four wide into the upper stretch and lacked a needed rally. U BETTER B THE WON vied for the lead leaving the first turn, set the pace up the backstretch, vied inside the eventual winner around the far turn then came up empty in the lane.
