FOURTY FOUR sent to the early lead, made his own pace to quarter marker, kept to task through the lane and held sway. SENOR MONEY ceded the early lead, chased two wide to the quarter pole, could not reel in the winner into deep stretch and was second best. UFO (PER) settled early, saved ground to stretch, could not impact the top pair in the drive and ran on for third. FIRST RESPONDER tracked three wide to quarter pole, weakened stretch. TEMPERATURE RISING hit gate start, lacked early speed, no factor. HOORAY FOR ME off bit slow, tracked inside to quarter marker, shifted out into upper stretch and tired.
