Chart notes
PLAY IT LOUD lacked speed, stayed outside horses around the far turn, floated five deep entering the stretch, closed and got up in time. CAP COM raced with the assistant starter's strap dangling on his legs, lost ground on the turns, turned for home in the four path and finished gamely inside the winner. HAMMER bumped with SECRET ZIPPER soon after the break, sped to the front, set the pace along the rail, was still clear in mid stretch and weakened. HOLY SYNCHRONICITY , three wide the first two turns, chased the pace to the stretch and weakened. SECRET ZIPPER bumped with HAMMER soon after the start, chased the pace, stayed along the inner rail down the backstretch and on the final turn and weakened. FEELING WOOZY worked between horses most of the race and failed to be a factor. OTELLO , steadied in close quarters along the inner rail on the second turn, failed to be a factor.
