Chart notes
TAKEMETOTHEMOON set clear pace in hand, widened on the final turn and stayed safe under moderate pressure. CHECKITUP outrun early, split rivals rallying on the final turn and was second best. MENDELSFLY bid closer three wide before half mile and continued well. LIBERTY RUNNER trailed far behind then showed late energy along the rail. CAUTELOSO urged close up inside then proved empty in the stretch. MARINE PATROL lacked speed inside and was never involved. NONEEDTOWORRY dropped back early and was never in contention. TEMPO RIDE raced in closest pursuit of the winner for three quarters and stopped.
