Chart notes
SUGAR TREAT tracked the leaders from a clear pocket on the turn, rallied turning for home to assume command in mid-stretch and drew off convincingly. WHAT'S GOOD unhurried early to be the traailer, avoided trouble nearing the three-eighths pole, rallied with a steady advance circling six wide and finished well as second best. ONE SPECIAL ACT reserved off the pace racing mid-pack, avided the fallen rider at the seven-sixteenths pole when racing just inside that one and rallied in the lane with a belated bid to be along for the show. CANDI GIRL dueled on the lead while setting a fast pace and weakened turning for home. SPANISH CARA (IRE) vied on the lead through quick fractions, took command briefly turning for home and tired through the lane. SHE'S GOT RHYTHM was unhurried racing five wide down the backside, took up at the seven-sixteenths pole to go wide around the fallen rider and lost all chance. KEEP IN TOUCH tracked the leaders down the backside, stumbled at the seven-sixteenths pole unseating her rider, was pulled up by the outrider in the stretch and walked off. THE STEWARDS POSTED AN INQUIRY INTO THE INCIDENT INVOLVING KEEP N TOUCH AND UPON REVIEW MADE NO CHANGE DETERMINING THAT SHE STUMBLED OF HER OWN ACCORD TAKING A BAD STEP UNSEATING THE RIDER.
