Chart notes
TIME TESTED went after the pacesetter on the turn then wore down that rival in the final furlong. MYSTIC LUTE quickly sprinted away, was collared in mid-stretch, resisted but was nailed nearing the wire. CELESTIAL DARK saved ground, faded briefly on the turn then narrowed gap late. DARVESH hustled off the pace three wide and proved empty in the lane. FLASHY ALEX trailed for half mile and was never a factor. SIR CUPID broke alertly then dropped back and faded.
