Chart notes
VERNON'S BEST had speed from the start, made the lead three wide entering the turn, battled with the runner up the length of the stretch, dug in gamely under left handed urging and proved best by a narrow margin. RUN PANCITA pressed the pace along the inside, was bumped by HIDDEN HEART nearing the turn, matched strides the length of the stretch but couldn't handle the winner. SEEKING FREEDOM allowed to settle, had a mild late rally in the five path. AGNELLO CITY saved ground and wen evenly. AQUAVIT failed to menace. HIDDEN HEART set a pressured pace two wide past the seven sixteenth pole, leaned in a bit bumping RUN PANCITA nearing the turn, had speed into the stretch then was used up.
