Chart notes
TEDDY'S TRIUMPH broke in, bumped foe, dueled/pressed outside of PICKING IT UP through the early stages, then gained a slight advantage in deep stretch to prevail over a stubborn foe. PICKING IT UP bumped start, dueled inside of TEDDY'S TRIUMPH, at times keeping a nose in front, dug in under threat through the stretch, lost the lead in deep stretch but held on for the place. COASTAL FOG broke well, then tracked four-wide, finished up well up the inside, but could not get to the top pair. BURNZ DA BOSS vied then pressed the pace three-wide, moved up three-wide under a drive at the top of the stretch, finished willingly but came up short of hitting the board. MAJORWAYHOME broke sharply, then dropped back to mid-pack, dropped to the rail and lacked a late kick. OTTOMAN EMPIRE void of speed, was far back early and kept on late to pass a couple of tired foes, but otherwise showed little interest. BRAZEN NOW was off a bit slowly, chased four to five wide and lacked a finish. LEWIS BERE (FR) chased five or six wide and did not threaten. This race had a timing discrepancy or malfunction and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate final time.
