Chart notes
TONI'S INFERNO settled off the pace the inside, advanced along the inside of the far turn before making a two wide bid in the stretch and drove past foes. JACKSON D settled back to trail early, angled out towards the outside of the far turn and stretch to rally for the place award. CUNIMBUS saved ground in the first turn to chase the pace from the inside, took command at the half, weakened late in the stretch to give way to driving foes. CHECK ME OUT rated in the two path, contested the lead at the quarter pole but could not sustain bid in the stretch. HARD KINGS settled off the pace two wide, saved ground in the far turn to take the inside of the stretch but came up empty. CONNECTIQUE raced behind the pace in the four path, retreated in the final quarter. ORLEANS TOURIST rushed to the early lead in the two path, relinquished the lead at the half to race behind the pace, faded in the stretch. LOUISIANA BOSS pinched back at the start, raced off the pace, never involved.
