Chart notes
RUSSIAN TO WIN chased the pace three wide around the turn, knifed inside the pace setter leaving the quarter pole, quickly cleared leaving the furlong post, drew off driving through the wire. FAITHFUL RULER broke sharp, pace inside around the turn, under pressure approaching the furlong marker, drifted out through deep stretch, held onto the place under the wire. SONNYISNOTSOFUNNY clean start out wide, pressed the speed two deep around the turn, three wide through the final sixteenth, chased on willingly to nail down the show money. LINE TO GAIN bumped hard at the start, recovered circled the field four wide around the turn, evened out through the final sixteenth. CHAMPAGNE MIKE slow into stride, rail bid leaving the furlong marker, had no late punch. TALLAPOOSA chased inside off the top flight around the turn, left lead, weakened through the stretch. SON OF GRACE hard bump at the start, lacked speed to the turn, outrun through the lane.
