BEAR CLAW NECKLACE broke open the gate prior to the start which in turn caused a pair of rivals to grow fractious next door, chased five paths off the inside down the backstretch and then three wide through the turn coming under coaxing near the quarter pole, angled six wide into upper stretch set down for the drive, closed in through the final furlong and missed at the finish. UNCLE JIM chased two to three wide down the backstretch and then four wide through the turn coaxed along from the five-sixteenths, angled six to seven wide into upper stretch, kicked on belatedly to the finish. BYE BYE MILES grew fractious in the gate just after BEAR CLAW NECKLACE broke open the gate, vied early on and then chased four wide down the backstretch and then from the two path through the turn, angled four to five wide into upper stretch, kept on under a drive but was outfinished in the late stages. TACTICAL TRACKSTAR broke out at the start, chased four to five paths off the inside down the backstretch before tucking to the two path through the turn, came under urging at the seven-sixteenths, went seven wide into upper stretch, improved position to the finish. HEDGE stumbled at the start, chased three wide until tucked inside put to coaxing at the half mile pole, spun just off the inside into upper stretch, stayed on one paced to the end. BOB'S CARROT hustled from the gate, vied among a quartet early on from the two path before emerging to duel with SOUPER TUSCAN to the outside with five furlongs to go, got shaken off half a mile out and tucked inside through the turn, continued in the inside route into upper stretch and tired. HENRY'S HOPE hustled from the start, vied from the three path with a trio before being shaken off five furlongs out, chased the duel upfront just off the inside through the turn coaxed along, angled five wide into upper stretch and faltered in the drive. OATH OF OMERTA took the overland route six to seven paths off the inside down the backstretch and then five wide through the turn, went eight wide at the top of the stretch, and made no impact.
