Chart notes
SOMNIUM tracked the early leader two from the outside in hand, drew off to be well clear through the stretch run under steady pressure and was in hand in the final stages. MARKET ORDER showed good early speed along the inside to set the pace but was no match for the winner in the drive. SANDY GIRL stalked the pace, had an inside run throughout and not enough for the top pair. SMILINGONTHEINSIDE dropped back early to trail, raced three wide around the far turn and needed more. WETHERBY was off slow, raced two wide near the quarter pole and never threatened.
