Chart notes
C V JERSEY BEE set the pace under pressure while well rated, drew clear turning for home to have a sizable advantage in mid-stretch and held the closer safe late in the drive. DOUBLE AGENT saved ground while tracking the leaders through the turn, made a steady rally in the lane tipping out to the four path and was gaining on the winner late. GOT ZIP stalked the leaders from five wide to be well placed and lacked a closing kick in the lane. SHOWTIME BOY pressed the pace tor a half mile and faded through the stretch. ROCKET LAUNCHER went evenly never posing a threat. ENTICED BY CHANCE tossed his head leaving the gate to give the field several lengths and was never a factor from there.
