Chart notes
HE'S IN CHARGE stalked the pace racing four-wide, moved up to take the lead at the eighth pole, turned back a bid from SPOTTED BULL and gradually drew clear. SPOTTED BULL settled in the back of the field, moved up four-wide nearing the quarter pole then was five-wide entering the stretch, offered a bid to HE'S IN CHARGE at the eighth pole but was unable to stay with that one late while proving to be second best. RUSSIAN HAMMER was unhurried early, came three-wide into the stretch and finished in a mild rally. MY MAN WOODY vied with JOHNNYFRENCHFRI for lead from along the outside, came three-wide into the stretch and weakened. GO EAST was allowed to settle racing along the inside, swung out to come four-wide into the stretch and failed to seriously threaten. DUNPHY tracked the pace racing three-wide but lacked a rally. JOHNNYFRENCHFRI vied with MY MAN WOODY for the early lead from along the inside and tired.
