Chart notes
DEUX MERES saved ground track ALWAYS A DIVA, angled out to come two-wide into the stretch and closed strongly to be up in the final stides. ALWAYS A DIVA saved ground setting the pace and just failed to last. HER BLIND SIDE was reserved off the pace, steadied momentarily nearing the three-eighths pole avoiding the fallen rider and horse, responded when clear came three-wide into the stretch and finished fast. BETTY RYANO was allowed to settle while racing four-wide, steadied nearing the three-eighths pole and finished willingly when clear. HOT BETTY was unhurried, steadied nearing the three-eighths pole, came four-wide into the stretch and went evenly late. TOODLE LOO settled in the middle of the pace racing three-wide, checked nearing the three-eighths pole when A RYDER'S TRICK fell inside of him and failed to menace after that. A RYDER'S TRICK chased ALWAYS A DIVA while two-wide, appeared to take a bad step and fell nearing the three-eighths pole and was transported off the track via the equine ambulance. SHESAYSHELLO raced in the middle of the field early, was unable to avoid the fallen horse and fell over him then was walked off the track following the race. THE STEWARDS CONDUCTED AN INQUIRY INTO THE RACE BUT AFTER VIEWING THE FILMS MADE NO CHANGE IN THE ORDER OF FINISH.
